If you are suicidal or a danger to yourself or others, please call 9-1-1 or visit your nearest emergency room immediately.

Sometimes, suicide can be hard to predict. If you are thinking about it, or fear for a family member, please reach out for help. It can be tough, but talking about suicide is the best way to prevent it.

Warning Signs

  • Talking about wanting to die or killing yourself
  • Searching online for a way to kill yourself or how to get a gun
  • Talking about feeling hopeless or having no reason to live
