The Cambridge Health Alliance Board of Trustees will be meeting on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. virtually.
Please note that, immediately after convening in open session, this meeting will convene into Executive Session for purposes of discussing (A) peer review matters related to CHA's risk management and quality assurance programs and (B) strategic matters (including matters regarding CHA's finances and academic strategy) and related plans, analyses, evaluations and data that, if disclosed, are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to other persons or entities. The meeting will not reconvene into open session.
The meeting will not reconvene back into open session prior to adjourning.
