Feel Sick?

You can schedule a same-day or next-day Virtual Sick Visit through MyChart for certain symptoms. Just log into MyChart and click the Visits button. This will let you schedule a video appointment for things like cough, headache, COVID-19, back pain, vaginal itch or discharge, painful urination, and more. If you have a symptom not included on the self-booking list, please call your primary care office. You’ll be connected to our Nurse Advice Center who can help you get the care you need. Your CHA care team is on call 24 hours a day. For non-urgent messages, you can contact your care team in MyChart.

    Masking: As of March 18, 2024, masks are optional at CHA, with the exception of our infusion rooms. If you have COVID or flu-like symptoms, you will still be asked to wear a mask. See other Patient Alerts.

    Testing: At-⁠home tests are available at local retailers and pharmacies. If you have health insurance through an employer or Marketplace, your insurance may pay you back for at-⁠home tests. Learn more.
