Many older adults face challenges - like loneliness, health concerns, loss of friends or loved ones and financial struggles. Many people have trouble coping with these changes. This may result in anger, grief, depression and a host of other emotions.
CHA understands this. Our team offers expert counseling and therapy for adults 60 and older. We have over 30 years experience providing quality mental health care in coordination with other community services. Our office is in Somerville, and we offer limited home visit services.
