A meeting of the Board Finance Committee of the Cambridge Health Alliance will be meeting on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM virtually. To participate virtually in the open session portion of this meeting, public members must register at the following link prior to the meeting:

Please note that the meeting will be held in executive session from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM for purposes of discussing strategic and other plans for addressing CHA’s performance which, if disclosed, would be likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to another party. The meeting will not be reconvening back into open session.
Open session will be held from 5 PM to 6:00 PM and will include the following topic agendas:
- Approval of May 24, 2022 open session Finance Committee minutes
- CHA Consolidated Performance: FY22 May financial overview (unaudited)
- Review and Approval of the FY23 Operating and Capital Budget
