The Somerville Hospital campus is one of three CHA hospital locations in the communities north of Boston. It is located at 230 Highland Avenue in Somerville, MA, just minutes from Tufts University and Davis Square, and is a primary teaching site for Harvard Medical School.

The doctors and expert staff at the Somerville campus offer a wide range of health services including 24-hour emergency care, primary care for adults, women's health services, day surgery, and medical specialty care, and the CHA Eye Center (see links at left).

NEW IN 2009

• FAST-ER emergency service. Our new service uses Rapid Assessment methods and an ASAP computer system to give you better care.

  We can now provide expert care quickly to all our patients. And, if you need to stay overnight at a hospital, we can admit you directly to our Cambridge Hospital campus with no delays.

  This new system has resulted in very high patient satisfaction scores!
