The Division of Pulmonary Medicine diagnoses and treats disorders of the lungs and chest including: obstructive lung diseases (such as asthma, emphysema and chronic bronchitis); lung cancer; diseases of the connective tissue and blood vessels of the lung (such as pulmonary fibrosis and sarcoidosis); and sleep-disordered breathing. Services are available at all three hospital campuses.

  • Bronchoscopy
  • Pulmonary function testing
  • Bronchoprovocation
  • Sleep studies
  • Biopsies of the lungs and lung lining (pleura)

In addition, The Department of Pediatrics offers a Pediatric Pulmonology Clinic for Asthma and Allergies twice monthly.
