The Department of Orthopaedics at Cambridge Health
Alliance is pleased to provide the finest comprehensive care to
patients with bone, muscle, and soft tissue injuries. We offer a
full array of surgical and non-surgical treatment options.
Our team includes:
- Board certified and fellowship trained Orthopaedic surgeons,
including Hand and Spine Surgery specialists
- An expert Sports Medicine team that sees patients at
three Boston-area locations
- Physician Assistants who work in a one-to-one team with
the physicians
- Physiatrists - doctors who specialize in non-surgical
care and rehabilitation
- Board certified Rheumatologists
Orthopaedic surgery is performed at all three hospital campuses.
Patients who live in Boston's Metro North area can also take advantage
of services from doctors affiliated with Whidden campus at North
Suburban Orthopedic Associates.
Outpatient care is provided at the Cambridge campus, Somerville
campus, and the new 23,000 square foot Occupational
Health and Orthopaedics Center at Assembly Square in Somerville.
Our Orthopaedic team is dedicated to our patients, and provides
care that meets or exceeds that found in other Boston-area hospitals.
We also offer patients and their families a more convenient setting
and the personal care found in community hospital settings.
We accept most types of health insurance. Please note that if you
have managed care insurance, you will need a referral from your
primary care physician prior to your appointment.
