Sandra Lisboa Named New Coordinator of Cambridge Health Alliance’s Everett Older Adult Program
Everett, MA...Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) today named Sandra Lisboa the new Coordinator of CHA’s Everett Older Adult Program.
As the Everett Older Adult Program Coordinator, Ms. Lisboa will develop and coordinate projects to support health education and health improvement projects at the Edward G. Connolly Center (formerly the Everett Armory) and in the community. In addition, she will collaborate and build partnerships with other community health providers to conduct health screenings, nutrition counseling, and health presentations for older adults in Everett.
Ms. Lisboa has a degree in psychology from Federal University in Minas Gerais, Brazil. She has worked with older adults for more than ten years, including experience as a mental health clinician in Brazil.
