CAMBRIDGE HEALTH ALLIANCE PSYCHOLOGIST RECEIVES AWARD FROM TICHO FOUNDATION AND AMERICAN PSYCHOANALYTIC ASSOCIATION

Cambridge, Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Medford, Revere, Somerville, Winthrop, MA…Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is pleased to announce that Kimberlyn Leary, PhD, is the recipient of the 2006 Ticho Award presented by the Ticho Foundation and the American Psychoanalytic Association. Dr. Leary is the Director of Psychology and Psychology Training at CHA and an Associate Professor of Psychology at Harvard Medical School.

The Ticho Award recognizes a mid-career psychoanalyst who has made significant contributions to their field and is continuing to write and conduct research. The award is named in honor of internationally renowned analysts and teachers Ernst and Gertrude Ticho.

Dr. Leary earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Michigan and has also received awards for her work in Psychology from the American Psychoanalytic Association and the Michigan Psychoanalytic Association.
