CAMBRIDGE HEALTH ALLIANCE NAMES NEW CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Medford, Revere, Somerville, Winthrop,
MA….Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is pleased to announce the
selection of Allison Bayer as the new Senior Vice President for
Operations and Chief Operating Officer. Bayer previously served

Bayer was one of three finalists selected out of pool of fifty

candidates were then reviewed and interviewed by CHA’s internal
search committee comprised of members of CHA’s Operations Council,
Senior Leadership Team, and Network Leadership Council.
“Allison clearly stood out as the top candidate out of the three
finalists, based on both the feedback that I received from all of
the interviewers and on the references that I received,” said CHA
Chief Executive Office Dennis D. Keefe. “Allison's working knowledge
of Cambridge Health Alliance further bolsters her ability to ‘hit
the ground running,’ and to fill a much needed position within the
leadership team to help move CHA to an even stronger position for
the future.”
