SOMERVILLE TEEN CONNECTION at Somerville High
School
The Somerville Teen Connection is an adolescent health clinic located
at the Somerville High School in Somerville, MA. The clinic offers
convenient health services to the school students, teens and young
adults, ages 12 to 25, living in Somerville and the surrounding
communities.
The adolescent medicine physicians and nurse practitioners provide
comprehensive services to include primary care, reproductive care,
STD / HIV counseling and screening, health education and specialty
referrals. Mental Health Clinicians are available on site to provide
evaluation, treatment and referral as needed.
