Christina Severin
President, Network Health

Christina Severin is President of Network Health, where she leads the charge to create long-term strategic initiatives to address the specific needs of the health plan's stakeholders, and incorporate those initiatives into the work of teams across the organization, while managing the bottom line. Severin brings 15 years of health care, quality improvement, and management experience to Network Health.

Prior to her role as President, Severin served as vice president and chief operating officer, managing, directing, and coordinating all aspects of the health plan's operations. Her noted accomplishments include revamping the core administrative system and overseeing the launch of the plan's social case management program, which helps members find solutions to housing, heating, or other barriers to care. She was named by the Boston Business Journal to its yearly
list of "40 Under 40" business leaders to watch in the Greater Boston region. Previous to Network Health, she served as director of managed care and practice management for Health Services Partnership, and practice manager at Codman Square Health Center, both in Dorchester, Mass., and director of community health center services at Boston City Hospital.

Severin earned a master's in public health with a concentration in health services from Boston University School of Public Health and a bachelor's in political economy from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
