CAMBRIDGE HEALTH ALLIANCE - IT'S WHERE WE BELONG!

Susie Suppa (Here since 2003) "I just graduated in May and signed on to work at Cambridge Health Alliance. I'm working with really great people and there is so much support for students and new graduates. Everything is so well structured and I'm always learning. I'm really respected and valued by the team here. This is my community, having grown up in Somerville, and I'm really happy
to be a part of this organization."

Carla Gonsalves, RN (here since 2002): "It's wonderful to be a new nursing graduate here. I'm part of everything that is going on and learning so much. I really feel valued by my manager and the organization. Leadership really listens and feedback is taken seriously. They even have meetings to make sure the new grad voices are heard. One of our suggestions, a reference book for
each unit, is being implemented right now. I'm so glad I came."

Pat Crombie, RN (here since 1978): "I started out teaching part-time at the Somerville School of Nursing in 1978 and am now the Senior Director of Nursing and the site administrator at Somerville Hospital. I've had so many opportunities to learn and grow here and
I work with wonderful people. Nursing is really valued at the Alliance and I am proud to be part of it. And now my daughter is here too!"

Frank DeCaro (here since 1981): I really enjoy my job managing a health center, especially the patient interaction. I also have 2 young daughters and I want spend as much time with them as I can. The balance I have lets me do both, and my supervisor has been really supportive of my priorities. I make sure the people who report to me know that I understand their family needs too."
